  This place is usually top notch. However, tonight the website continued to crash, and finally after 30 minutes of trying, i got my credit card details into the system. When this happened, yet again without fail, it crashed and had to refresh the page AGAIN. The page was then straight back to the start, so i decided that it wasn't going to work, and ordered something else for dinner. I then received a phone call from the store, saying the transaction was approved and that my pizza's were 45 minutes cold. I explained that there was no transaction made, as the page continued to crash. I then asked for a refund, and all i was given was my money on "store credit" which expires in a week from today. I now know never to order online from pizza hut's website again.

  Very clean place and most of the times on time. Customer service is average but you are there pretty much to pick up your order and go. Make sure you check your order before you leave as they can get it wrong from time to time.
